Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

My parenting journey began when my daughter was born—a moment that changed my life. Like many parents, I wanted to raise her with love, patience, and a strong connection. But I quickly realized that parenting can be challenging. When I found Dr. Laura Markham’s work, it spoke to me deeply. I dove into learning as much as I could, and what started as a personal journey soon became my calling. I became a Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach & Educator to help other parents create more harmony and joy in their families.

I was born and raised in Lithuania during Soviet times. Growing up in that environment taught me resilience and gave me a deep understanding of how hard times can shape us. Now living in the U.S., I appreciate both worlds—the strictness of my upbringing and the freedom to parent with empathy and respect. This helps me connect with parents from different backgrounds with warmth and understanding.

Since 2002, I have practiced Tibetan Buddhism and meditation. These practices help me stay calm and balanced, and I love sharing simple tools with parents to manage stress and stay grounded—especially during tough parenting moments like tantrums or sibling fights.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law from a university in Lithuania. While I chose to follow my passion for parenting, my legal background gives me a strong sense of fairness and advocacy. I often feel called to speak up for children, especially when they cannot express themselves clearly. I believe every child deserves to be heard, respected, and understood.

My coaching style is gentle, kind, and practical. I listen with an open heart and offer real tools that work. I believe every child deserves a peaceful, loving home, and every parent deserves support and encouragement. I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
